About Coach Tom: Tom has been with The Victors VBC program since the very early years. Tom is our 10u Age Group Coordinator. Coach Tom does an excellent job balancing fun with learning for our younger players. When working with such young players it is important that they enjoy being at practice and have a good first experience with volleyball. Tom does a fantastic job of keeping our younger players engaged and excited about the game. Our 10's program has been very successful in preparing players to excel later in their volleyball careers. Tom sets these young players up with basic foundational skills that help them throughout the rest of their club and high school experiences. Coach Tom also helps our young players learn how to work together, communicate on and off the court and how to bond as a team.
